Since many abs exercises are done on the floor, rookies often rest their upper back and head on the ground between each repetition. This relaxes their abs, and basically defeats the whole purpose of training them.

Mistake #2: You perform only easy abs exercises

Can you do more than 20 sit-ups in a row?

If you can, itís time you either upgrade your sit-ups, or pick harder exercises.
