Here’s the catch-22:
When you do weak-ass abs exercises, you’re forced to do them often if you want them to work.
And even then, they usually don’t get you powerful, rock-hard six pack abs.
Like my favorite, the sit-up (gosh, I like to bash sit-ups).
But when you do advanced, “scientific”, little-known abs exercises that knock your abs out, you don’t need to train your abs as often.
In fact, I train mine about once every 5 days. And I got a pretty good six pack, as you can see on my Facebook page:
I’ll show you exactly which exercises I use and why they work later this week, if you want.
This week (yeah baby!), you’re able to get my new DVD, “The 5 Best Exercises For Your Abs and Why They Work.”
And it shows you the 5 absolute best, most effective abs-getting exercises I’ve discovered in my 9+ years’ work as a personal trainer.
(The ones I use to train just once every 5 days!)
It’s out now. Get it here:
