I would like to see a ABS PLUS BELLY FAT REMOVAL CARDIO system/program.
I would like to see something about the top fat burning foods that actually increase thermo effect.

I’m following your program, specially the abs techniques. I liked the cardio you recommended. I do some variation of them. I like to walk outdoors and then I implemented intervals and others cardios in between intervals, because I cannot run. Sometimes once or twice a week I walk on a mountain.. it is like going up stairs. I recently learned about Tacfit commando and bodyweigth exercise revolution and sometimes I sustitued the walking by some of these exercises. I like to workout at home. Regarding the meal plan, I have to say I like it a lot, I use it as guide because I live in Venezuela and some foods you mentioned are not available here, then I sustitute them for native food. I’m sure the abs techniques+cardio+meal plan is great!!!. We only need faith and auto-discipline to acomplished the objective: Get a Six Pack Abs. Take care. God bless you!!!
