		<description>Good ideas here... I have another tip - change your diet! Don&#039;t go on a fad diet - simply change your day to day food consumption. Try eliminating things like sugar, wheat, processed foods - and keep it all raw foods (but do cook your meat please!). Drink water as opposed to soft drink and you&#039;ll see results soon. And in addition to changing your food intake - get out there and exercise for at least 30 mins. Hard work = great results. Keep up the good work on this blog!</description>
