the snooze crunch

Remember Christian Bale from Batman Begins?

Wouldn’t you like to bring your girl home like Batman?

He’s a pretty fit and scary Batman isn’t he?

How does he do it?

Well, if the movie is any indication, it’s the snooze crunch.

Remember that scene where Batman wakes up with a hangover,
with Alfred looking anxiously after him?

What’s the first thing he does?

He drop to the floor, his eyes still glued, and does a routine
of crunches and push-ups.

Here’s the trick:

When your alarm clock rings, snooze, and do like Batman.

You’ll have 5 minutes to knock your abs out and work on that
six pack.

And when your alarm rings again, you’re done.

Voila! The snooze crunch.

If you make this a habit, you’ll get abs even the Joker
wouldn’t laugh about.

Now, here’s the important thing to remember:

Do NOT do it the way Christian Bale did in the movie.

What you saw in the movie was a very "weak" way to work your abs…
I can guarantee you in real life he did not do crunches like that
to get ripped abs.

In fact, I know a MUCH better way to get your abs ripped.

And, my way is also fast, too, and great if you’re low on time and
just want to get great abs without sweating for hours each day.

But you won’t learn my secret in any of the popular exercise books
or videos.

Frankly, I doubt even 1 in 1000 fitness trainers even knows about
it.

You can learn how it works at:

3 exercises that hit your lower abs

Easy to hard:

1. The V-up. This one is pretty basic: raise your legs and chest,

with your arms extended above your head.

2. Vertical leg-hip raises. You’ll need a hanging chair or parallel
bars for that one. Lift your knees until they touch your chest.
Make sure you lift them all the way up: the higher you lift them

the harder your lower abs work.

3. Cable straight leg-hip raises. This one is pretty hard.
Lying on the floor, attach your feet to a low pulley (if your
gym does not have ankle cuffs, you can try holding the short bar
handle with your feet). Lift your legs and hips all the way up
and back, toward your head. Return to initial position slowly.

I must admit, these exercises are pretty good (especially the last
one). But, in my (biased) opinion, they’re still not as effective
at defining your abs from top to bottom as the fourth exercise
I show you in Pulley Secrets for Six Pack Abs.

And remember: if you’re not satisfied for any reason, just
drop me an email and I’ll refund you. Your satisfaction is 100%
guaranteed for 60 days.

Top 3 abs exercises video

Friend,

Will rookie abs exercises get you six pack abs?

No, they won’t.

Crunches and sit-ups work for beginners, but to get rock-hard six
pack abs you need advanced exercises.

Three exercises work best. Yes, they’re hard.

And they’re not for beginners. Do not attempt them unless you’ve
been training your abs for at least three months.

(To find out how to train your abs to quickly, safely, and easily
execute these advanced exercises, check out the workouts at:
http://www.sixpackabsexercises.com/special-offer.)

To make sure you get them right, watch me demonstrate and explain

What all-star football player Jerry Rice can teach you about getting abs

Jerry Rice, a wide receivers, was selected to the Pro Bowl 13 times (1986-1996, 1998, 2002) and named All-Pro 10 times in his 20 NFL seasons.

He won three Super Bowl rings as a member of the San Francisco 49ers. He’s widely regarded as the greatest wide receiver ever and one of the greatest players in NFL history, consistently showing exceptional performance and strong work ethic on and off of the field.

And guess what?

He couldn’t have done it alone. Even the best players need a strong team, and the 49ers were on top of their game when Rice won the Super Bowl with them.

So what does this has to do with your abs?

Well, if you could, would you rather have Jerry Rice helping you out, or his whole team?

Probably the whole team, right?

Well that’s exactly what you can get right now for Christmas…

An all-star team of trainers offering you their best tips and trick for losing fat, defining your abs, and building muscle.
