The Four Horsemen of the Abdominal Apocalypse

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are described in the last book of the New Testament of the Bible.
They are commonly seen as symbolizing Conquest, War, Famine, and Death.
Pretty scary, huh?

1. You do crunches on the floor–that’s wrong, because the floor restricts your range of motion.

2. You train your abs every day–as wrong as the big bang theory for a Christian, because your abs need more than 24 hours to recover from a good workout (if you train them well).
3. You change programs too often–deadly! Even elite athletes need at least 3 weeks to adapt to a new training program.
4. You don’t follow any program and you train “by feel.” Don’t get me started on this one =)
