Maximize Your Muscle Anabolic Target: Positions of Flexion

Today I’d like to tell you about another of the 12 little-known anabolic targets in Maximize Your Muscle.

This one is “Positions of flexion.”

Positions of flexion means you should target each muscle group with 3 exercises at least. Each exercise should hit your muscle or muscle group from a different angle, so you work out all the muscle fibers in your muscle. Doing this will work out your muscle fully and help it grow more.

Let me give you an example for your pects. For your pects, you could do a Bench Press (main move), dumbbell fly (targets your outter pect), and pullover (targets your upper pect). That way, you’re stimulating all (or most of) the muscle fibers in your pect and you’re helping it grow more and faster.
