I Answer Your Abs Training Question Live On Video

Dear readers,

Today is a special day and I’m very excited to announce the new blog layout and format.

As you’ve seen, the blog got a brand spankin’ new design. No more small text and ugly orange links (those were really making me sick).

Also, starting right now, I’ll take and answer your abs training question right here on the blog.

If you send me a question, you can expect a reply live on video free next week. So try it out.
