Here’s my answer:
This one is though.
Just yesterday I watched a couple of videos by Eben Pagan who suggests a pretty good trick: make it “inevitable” (that you train consistently).
Think of the conditions that need to be around you so that you cannot possibly miss a workout. Then make those environmental conditions happen.
Eben give the example of the “accountability partner” (a friend, say), who shows up at your place daily to jog with you. If you don’t go with him, you pay him $100.
So, what are the conditions that need to be around YOU so that you cannot possibly miss a workout? Write two down, and make them happen right now.
Watch Eben at 4:20 of this video:
and at the start of this one:
Good luck.

Hi Joey,
Boy, you sound like you have a lot on your mind.
Getting six pack abs in a week is almost impossible. Here’s how I’d do it, though:
1. Do the exercises shown in the video here: http://www.sixpackabsexercises.com/blog/my-hardest-and-most-effective-abdominal-exercises-on-video/42/.
2. Do cardio every day (walk long distances, jog, or play sports).
3. Cut all bread, potatoes, pastas, rice, and cereals from your diet.
4. Look for six pack abs in the mirror at the end of the week.
WARNING: don’t do this for more than 1 week. Your body won’t keep up, and you’ll make yourself sick.
Good luck!
