		<description>Have been working with your exercises for a while now.  I recently completed an Army PT Test (push-up&#039;s, sit-ups, and a 2 mile run).  I am now 57 and scored the highest I have ever done (275 out of 300).  The important thing is that I maxed the sit-ups (65 in two minutes and the push-ups 60 in 2 minutes).  Unfortunately I am still a lousy runner taking 18:16 to do the 2 miles.  But I am convinced that without your ab exercises I never would have been able to max the push-ups and sit-ups.  Thanks for the help and keep the faith.
