Don’t put all your abs in one basket

Seriously?

Yeah, you shouldn’t.

Here’s what I mean:

If you’re like most guys I’ve trained, you’ve got 2-3 abs exercises you like above all others.

And you do them most of the time.

Well, I’m saying your shouldn’t.

Have you noticed you’re not really increasing the reps, weight, or tension anymore on those exercises you do all the time?

That’s because once your body adapts to them, you gotta switch.

Or at least change the ones you love doing a ‘lil bit.

So yeah, you should be improving every workout. And if you’re not, it’s time for a change.
