Hi Pras,

I've never heard of this: this is definitely not common. I'd recommend you start with easy exercises that don't hurt. (You can get a free beginner abs program at http://www.sixpackabsexercises.com/blog/how-to-use-the-free-20-beginner-six-pack-abs-program/104/)

If it still hurt, check with your doctor or hire a certified personal trainer to design a program that fits you.

Good luck!

1) My question is this, I actually work out very often(cardio, weight training etc). However I just cant seems to burn off those fats around my tummy. This is the difficult I have been having for a very long time.

2) I'm fine with anytime in the afternoon to night time.

3) Name is nice, especially using the word sweet.

when I start doing the abs workout intensely, i get these muscle cramps and feels like the organs from my lower abdomen are rising up and the only way i get immediate relief is by holding the air in my lungs and lying on my back for few minutes. Someone told me that this is very common and therefore one should not try intense abs workout till he has mastered himself by doing immense cardio and then take baby steps while doing abs workout. Is this true? Please include this and other dangerous effects of immensely training the abs.

I'm pretty lean everywhere, except a small amount of fat around my abdominal area. I'm a very healthy eater, but should I be dieting too to get rid of it? Thanks x

The above comment by mike seems to be the biggest problem.
How do we get rid of the excess fat that hide your abs???

I'm tired of wasting money on all the worthless books/DVD,
What is the real secret? and why is won't anyone just tell us?

Thanks, Cluis

Hi CJ,

It is so cool, you will hold this kind of training. By this training I believe you can help more people to get their six pack abs.

I'm trying to give you the answer for:
1. What questions do you have about abs training that you would like me to answer during the webinar?
-> should you do a diet at the same time you start the exercise?
-> best pose(exercise) to get six packs faster
-> best duration, how many repetition?

2. What’s the best time for you to attend to that webinar?
-> for me, i think 08.00 am - 10.00 am is the best time

3. What do you think of the name Six Pack “Sweet Spot” Training Zones? Can you suggest another?
-> quite nice and attractive..

Thanks,

Questions:
1. Best time to exercise Abs: before or after regular workout? Frequency? Duration? Rest period (hours) between exercises?

2. If you already do Pilates, etc., how to incorporate your workouts? How to mix cardio with your Ab exercises?

3. Any Abs exercises that can be done while you are NOT exercising on a mat (e.g. watching TV/Computer, walking, standing, etc.)?

4. Exercises to strengthen lower back (so you can do Ab exercises effectively).

Webinar Timing: Evening EST/PST. If possible, repeat at another time.

Thanks!
