Are you still training your abs?

Friend,

I hope you’re still training your abs?

I’m back after a little vacation (mostly).

Did you take that time off your abs training? I hope not.

Here’s the only time it’s OK not to train your abs:

When you “deload”. A deload, or recovery week, is when you take it easy for a week to let your body, muscles, and joints recover.

You need to do that once in a while, else, over time, you increase your risk of injury (“overuse injury”).

How often should you take a week off?

That depends on your fitness level and history, but I’ve found one week off after each 4-week block of training works for most guys.

Might not be perfect for you, but it should be close to it.

I’ll be back with more tips soon.

Until then, you can get a ton more here:

And they come with a step-by-step workout plan for getting six pack abs!

Gotta love it.

Talk soon,
