Hope you doing well.

I’ve reviewed a bunch of YouTube videos on abs training and I found
4 that were good.

This one is by far the best. It shows a (rather) advanced abs
routine and the trainer knows her stuff. She gives useful pointers
and tips throughout. I even learned 1-2 new tricks… Here’s the
