Abs training tip from a policeman’s subconscious
There’s this one guy I train — a policeman.
He’s been on and off with me for 3 years now.
And if his subconscious could talk to yours, here’s what he’d say…
“WAKE ME UP AND STOP ME FROM DOING THIS BIG STUPID MISTAKE AGAIN.”
“I’M DOING IT EVERY DAY… I JUST CAN’T KEEP UP WITH THIS **** ANYMORE.”
I wish I could wake this guy up, but I’m nore sure he’s ready for it.
Here’s the deal:
He’s been training hard (mostly) for 3 years. And he’s far from his goals — including ripped abs.
The culprit?
Bad diet.
This guy trains and trains and trains, but he’s just not making any progress.
And that’s no surprise — training will only get your so far.
To get into the best shape of your life, you need a good workout plan… and a good diet.
It doesn’t need to be complicated ot hard. It just needs to be good.
