A simple trick that doubles the effectiveness of all your abs exercises
Hey Friend,
Here’s another mistake I made as a teenager when I first tried to
get six pack abs…
When crunches and sit-ups became easy, I did more, thinking that it
would get me six pack abs faster. Guess what? That didn’t work.
Since then, I’ve found out that this "volume-based approach" (doing
more of what you can already do) is flawed. Here’s why…
When you begin to train your abs, what gets you results at first is
doing something new–something you weren’t doing before.
When you can do crunches and sit-ups easily, to define your
abs you need to upgrade your exercises and do something
harder–something you weren’t doing before.
This is where my little trick comes in. It’ll bump up the level of
your favorite exercises and will help you muscle and define your
abs past the newbie crunches-and-sit-ups stage.
